§ 30.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Knowing violation of §§ 30.035 through 30.052 is a Class B misdemeanor, punishable as set forth in the State Criminal Code.
   (C)   Any officer who shall intentionally fail to disclose a potential conflict as defined in § 30.085 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor offense in accordance with UCA § 17-16a-10, for which violation that officer shall be subject to removal from office and/or dismissal from county employment pursuant to the Act.
