§ 30.072 USE OF RECORDS FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES PROHIBITED.
   Any use of the electronic format or records by purchasers for commercial purposes will constitute a violation of this subchapter. Upon breach of this subchapter, purchasers will agree to destroy or return all copies of the electronic format to the county.
