The county, its agents, or employees shall not be liable to purchasers or any third party for any indirect special incidental punitive or consequential damages (including, but no limited to, damages for the inability to use equipment or access data, loss of profits, business interruption, or the likes) arising out of the use of or the inability to use the records or electronic format.
