§ 30.068 DISTRIBUTION OF PURCHASED RECORDS.
   Purchasers, in addition, may not distribute in any form any record or electronic format in any country prohibited by the United States Export Administration Act and the regulations thereunder. This provision extends to and includes users of internet web-based services.
