For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
COMMERCIAL PURPOSES. The sale of electronic format for profit through distribution and/or resale, by electronic or other means, including, but not limited to, online subscription, internet distribution, or other means hereafter devised.
ELECTRONIC FORMAT. Any format or delivery system of data images, plats, or other work product of the county is electronically transmitted format, including, but not limited to, DVDs, CDs, tape, internet media, and all other methods hereinafter developed together with corresponding documentation, associated media, printed materials, online or electronic documentation, and all updates or upgrades that are provided to purchasers.
RECORDS. Any documents, papers, data images, plat, or other recorded instruments made of record in and maintained by the County Recorder.
