The Cultural Preservation Officer shall have the following duties:
(A) Serve as the point of contact for governmental entities, citizens, and individuals interested in cultural resources of the county;
(B) Serve in an advisory capacity to the Cultural Preservation Commission; and
(C) Maintain the County Register of Cultural Resources, the County Register of Cultural Landmarks, and the Register of Outstandingly Remarkable/Relevant-Important Cultural Resources, including such classifications and designations as may be approved by the County Commission.
