In enacting this subchapter, it is the purpose and intent of the Board of County Commissioners to provide, in accordance with the Government Records Access and Management Act (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”), UCA Title 63, Chapter 2 (1953), as amended, a subchapter acknowledging and complying with the Act and providing for its application in the county. County agencies shall comply with the provisions of this subchapter and with the Act, and shall also comply with other federal and state statutory and regulatory record-keeping requirements.
