§ 113.102 SALE AFTER A LACK OF REDEMPTION.
   (A)   If no redemption is made by the recorded property owner or the recorded lien holder, the County Auditor shall offer the property to any member of the public present at the sale for the highest bid for the entire parcel. No bid shall be less than the amount of taxes, penalties, interest, and advertising fees. All prospective bidders must register prior to the beginning of the sale.
   (B)   If the public bids in accordance with the requirements set forth in division (A) above, and is awarded the property, the new owner has until 5:00 p.m. the day of the sale, to pay the bid price to the County Treasurer. All payments must be cash or a cashier’s check.
   (C)   Any property not redeemed by the recorded property owner or the recorded lien holders and not bid on by the public at the time of the final tax sale, shall be deeded to the county, with a tax deed by the County Auditor, and shall be recorded at the office of the County Recorder.
