§ 113.037 PURPOSE.
   This subchapter is enacted to provide the county with a source of revenue to allow the county to more effectively carry out its role as a political and legal subdivision of the state. The Board of County Commissioners hereby directs that the provisions of this subchapter be interpreted and constructed to accomplish this stated purpose.
