§ 112.12 PREMISES TO BE KEPT CLEAN.
   The licensee’s premises, together with all receptacles, glasses, containers, or other appointments, must be kept healthfully and scrupulously clean, sanitary, and wholesome; and are subject to inspection by the Sheriff, County Physician, and all other Health Officers of the county and the state at any and all reasonable times.
