§ 112.10 LOCATION OF BUSINESSES; HOURS OF OPERATION.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, dispense, furnish, or give away alcoholic beverages within 600 feet of any church or school. It shall be unlawful to sell, dispense, furnish, or give away alcoholic beverages at any place within the county, outside of corporate limits of incorporated cities and towns:
      (1)   After 1:00 a.m. and before 10:00 a.m.; and
      (2)   Between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. on any election day.
   (B)   Notwithstanding the terms of division (A) above, an establishment licensed under this chapter, or the under the state’s Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, may remain open for one hour after the establishment ceases the sale and service of alcoholic beverages during which time a patron of the establishment may finish consuming a single serving of beer not exceeding 26 ounces.
