(A) All applications provided for in this chapter shall be accompanied by the fees hereafter provided, which fees shall be deposited in the County Treasury, if the license is granted, and returned to the applicant, if denied:
(1) For Class A retail license, per annum: $100;
(2) For Class B retail license, per annum: $200;
(3) For Class C retail license, per annum: $250; and
(4) For seasonal license, at the rate of 75% of the amount stated above for retail licenses.
(B) All licenses issued hereunder shall expire December 31, at midnight of the year of issue; or if a seasonal license for six months, then at the end of such six-month period, or at the end of the period for which such seasonal license is issued.
