§ 112.02 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PERSON, SELL, ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, RETAILER, AND WHOLESALER. Has the meaning given to them and as they are defined in UCA Title 32A, as amended.
