§ 112.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, association, partnership, or corporation to engage in the business of the sale of alcoholic beverages at retail, in containers, or on draft, within the limits of the county, outside of incorporated cities and towns, without first having procured a license therefor from the Board of Commissioners, as hereinafter provided. A separate license shall be required for each place of sale, and the license shall at all times be conspicuously displayed in the place to which it shall refer, or for which it shall be issued. All licensees shall comply with the state’s Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, the rules and regulations promulgated by the state’s Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission, and the authority of state law.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to employ or permit any person under the age of 21 years to sell, give away, or furnish alcohol within the county, without direct supervision by an adult on the premises.
