(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person violating the provisions of § 94.01 shall be guilty of a Class C misdemeanor for each offense and shall be punished with a maximum term of imprisonment in the county jail of 90 days and a maximum fine of $299, or both such fine and imprisonment.
