§ 30.003 DISTRICT BOUNDARIES.
   The following described precincts for the Board of Education of the County School District, with their respective areas and boundaries, be, and they are hereby, established.
   (A)   Precinct No. 1. All of the area within the incorporated limits of Panguitch City, bounded by Main Street on the West, the Panguitch City limits on the East, the Panguitch City limits on the North, and the Panguitch City limits on the South; and also within the area beginning at a point common to the Panguitch City limits on the North and the East side of U.S. Highway 89; thence Northeasterly along the East side of said Highway 89 to the North boundary line of Garfield County; thence East along the North boundary to the point where it intersects the boundary line of the Dixie National Forest; thence Southeasterly along said forest boundary line to its intersection with Utah Highway 12; thence West along the North side of said Highway 12 to its junction with U.S. Highway 89; thence continuing Westerly to the point of intersection of the boundary line of the Dixie National Forest with the Panguitch Lake Road; thence Northeasterly along the East side of the Panguitch Lake Road to the South Panguitch City limits; thence East along said South City limits to the Southeast corner of the Panguitch City limits; thence North along the East Panguitch City limits to the Northeast corner of the Panguitch City limits; thence West along the North Panguitch City limits to the point of beginning.
   (B)   Precinct No. 2. All of the area within the incorporated limits of Panguitch City, bounded by Main Street on the East, the Pangutich City limits on the West, the Panguitch City limits on the North, and the Panguitch City limits on the South; and also within the area beginning at a point common to the Panguitch City limits on the South and the West side of the Panguitch Lake Road; thence Southwesterly along said Road to its intersection with the boundary line of the Dixie National Forest; thence Southerly along the said forest boundary line to the point where it intersects the South boundary line of Garfield County; thence West along said South boundary line to the Southwest corner of Garfield County; thence Northerly along the West boundary line of Garfield County to the Northwest corner of Garfield County; thence East along the North boundary line of Garfield County to the point where it intersects U.S. Highway 89; thence Southwesterly along the West side of said highway 89 to the North Panguitch City limits; thence West along said North City limits to the Northwest corner of the Panguitch City limits; thence South along the West Pangutich City limits to the Southwest corner of the Panguitch City limits; thence East along the South Panguitch City limits to the point of beginning.
   (C)   Precinct No. 3. All of the area within the incorporated limits of Escalante Town and also within the area beginning at the point of intersection of Utah State Highway 12 and the Hole-in-the-Rock Road; thence Southeasterly along the North and East sides of said Road to the point of its intersection with the South boundary line of Garfield County; thence West along said South boundary line to a point due South of the Southwest corner of the Dixie National Forest Boundary line; thence due North to said Southwest corner of the said Dixie National Forest boundary line; thence Northwesterly along said forest boundary line to its intersection with the boundary line of Bryce Canyon National Park; thence Northeasterly along said forest boundary line to its intersection with the North boundary line of Garfield County; thence East along said North boundary line to the Escalante-Bicknell Road; thence Southerly along the West side of said Road to the point of its intersection with the Hell’s Backbone Road; thence Easterly along said Road to the point of its intersection with Utah State Highway 12; thence Southwesterly along the West and North sides of said Highway 12 to the point of beginning.
   (D)   Precinct No. 4. All of the area within the incorporated limits of Tropic, Cannonville, and Henrieville Towns; and also within the area beginning at the point of intersection of the Bryce Canyon National Park boundary line with the boundary line of the Dixie National Forest; thence Southeasterly along said forest boundary line to its Southwest corner; thence due South to a point of intersection with the South boundary line of Garfield County; thence West along said South boundary line to the point of its intersection with the West boundary line of Bryce Canyon National Park; thence Northeasterly along said National Park Boundary Line to the Northern point of its intersection with the boundary line of the Dixie National Forest; thence West and North along said forest boundary line to the point of its intersection with Utah State Highway 12; thence Westerly along the South side of said Highway 12 to the point of its intersection with the Tom Best Spring Road; thence Northeasterly along the South and East sides of said Road to the point of its intersection with the Antimony Road; thence North along the East side of the Antimony Road to Widtsoe Junction; thence East along the South side of said Road to the boundary line of the Dixie National Forest; thence Southwesterly along said forest boundary line to the point of beginning.
   (E)   Precinct No. 5. All of the unincorporated areas of Garfield County not heretofore described in Precincts 1 through 4, inclusive, including the Ticaboo and Hite areas, and all of the area within the incorporated limits of Antimony, Boulder, and Hatch Towns.
