§ 92.02 BURIALS PROHIBITED OUTSIDE ESTABLISHED CEMETERY.
   From and after the effective date of this chapter, it shall be unlawful for any person to cause or permit human remains to be interred or buried on any land lying outside the boundaries of an established cemetery in the county.
