For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ESTABLISHED CEMETERY. Include any cemetery operated and maintained under the authority of a cemetery maintenance district established under UCA §§ 17A-2-201 et seq., and also including cemeteries which are established on the date of the ordinance codified herein at Widtsoe and Spry, County of Garfield, State of Utah.
HUMAN REMAINS. An intact human body, whether embalmed or unembalmed, and does not include ashes from a body that has been cremated.
IMMEDIATE FAMILY. Includes husband and wife and their children.
INTERMENT. Includes burial of human remains whether or not such remains are contained inside a vault, casket, or other container, under the soil of any parcel of real property.
