§ 30.002 DISPOSAL OF PROPERTY.
   (A)   Whenever it is deemed by a majority vote of the County Commission that any property owned by it, whether real or personal, is excess property no longer needed by the county, it may be disposed of in the manner herein provided.
   (B)   Having declared specific county property to be excess, the County Commission may dispose of such property by cash sale, financed sale, trade, or lease upon such terms as may be deemed appropriate.
   (C)   Notice of any proposed disposal shall be advertised in a county-wide newspaper for at least two weeks prior to the actual disposal as herein permitted.
