§ 91.22 DEFINITION.

   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   REMOTE YURT. A membrane-covered frame structure that:

      (1)   Is no larger than 710 square feet;

      (2)   Is not used as a permanent residence;

      (3)   Is located in an unincorporated county area that is not zoned for residential, commercial, industrial, or agricultural use;

      (4)   Does not have plumbing or electricity;

      (5)   Is set back at least 300 feet from any river, stream, lake, or other body of water; and

      (6)   Registers with the local Health Department.
