(A) An overall plan for development of a glampground or glamping unit shall be submitted to the Garfield County Building Official and Planning Department for review. The plan shall be drawn to a scale no smaller than one inch to 40 feet. At least one electronic copy or hard copy of the plan shall be submitted.
(B) The plan shall show:
(1) The topography of the site when required, represented by contours shown at not greater than two-foot intervals;
(2) The proposed layout of all streets, parking spaces, glamping units, sanitary facilities and other applicable structures;
(3) Proposed reservations for parks, playgrounds and open spaces;
(4) Detailed landscaping and utility plan, including location of water, septic, electrical and gas lines, and fire hydrants if applicable; and
(5) Any other data the Building Official or Planning Department may require.
