Subdivision monuments shall be placed as provided by the Plat Act, Public Act 288 of l967, being M.C.L.A. §§ 560.101 - 560.293, as amended. Following installation of all other public improvements, the monuments shall be checked for location and grade. Metal stakes at least ½-inch x 18 inches long shall be placed at each lot corner not coinciding with a monument, and shall be checked for location and grade following installation of all other improvements.
