Street and utility improvements shall be provided in accordance with the standards and requirements described as follows.
(A) Major thoroughfares. Cross-sections in accordance with the master plan of major thoroughfares and as determined by the City Engineer and the Planning Commission.
(B) Secondary thoroughfares. Eighty-six-foot right-of-way, 41-foot concrete pavement from outside of curb to outside of curb, curb and gutter each side of pavement, 16½-foot separation strip and five- foot concrete sidewalk on each side of roadway, with one foot of space between sidewalk and right-of- way line on each side; or a boulevard pavement consisting of two 21-foot concrete pavements separated by a 20-foot median, a six-foot separation strip, five-foot concrete sidewalk with one foot of space between sidewalk and right-of-way line on each side.
(C) Minor streets. Sixty-foot right-of-way, 20-foot concrete pavement from outside of curb to outside of curb, curb and gutter each side of pavement, 8½-foot separation strip and five-foot concrete sidewalk on each side of roadway with one foot of space between sidewalk and right-of-way line on each side.
(D) Marginal access streets. Thirty-four-foot right-of-way, 21-foot pavement from outside of curb to outside of curb, concrete curb and gutter each side of pavement, three-foot separation strip measured from right-of-way line of the adjacent street to the marginal access street pavement, four-foot separation strip and five-foot sidewalk on one side with one foot of space between sidewalk and right-of-way.
(E) Alleys. Full width pavement per plans and profiles approved by the City Engineer, according to standards heretofore adopted.
(F) Grading and centerline gradients. Per plans and profiles approved by the City Engineer, according to standards heretofore adopted.
(G) Curbs and gutters. In accordance with details and specifications prescribed by the City Engineer, according to standards heretofore adopted.
(H) Roadway pavements. In accordance with details and specifications prescribed by the City Engineer, according to standards heretofore adopted.
(I) Sidewalks. In accordance with details and specifications prescribed by the City Engineer, according to standards heretofore adopted.
(J) Storm drainage system and other drainage improvements. Per plans approved by the City Engineer, according to standards heretofore adopted. Where county drains are involved, a letter or document of approval from the County Drain Commissioner must be submitted by the subdivider.
(K) Sewage disposal; sewer system. Sanitary sewers are required per plans approved by the City Engineer, according to standards heretofore adopted.
(L) Water supply; water distribution system. Per plans approved by the City Engineer and in conformance with regulations of the Michigan Department of Health relating to municipal water supplies.
