§ 152.039 PLAT AND FEES FORWARDED TO COUNTY.
   Following approval by the City Council, the City Clerk shall forward the approved plats, together with the filing fees to the tract index division of the County of Wayne, Michigan. Subsequent action shall follow the procedure set forth in the Plat Act.
