§ 150.37 CITIZEN'S DISTRICT COUNCIL; MEMBERSHIP.
   The Citizen's District Council for the Ford-Middlebelt District Area Urban Renewal Project shall be made up of 15 members, the majority of which shall reside in the development area. The members of the District Council shall be appointed by the Mayor, subject to the approval of a majority of the Council for a term of two years.
