§ 150.20 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   WIND-DRIVEN ENERGY DEVICE. Includes any device, such as a wind charger or a wind turbine, which converts wind energy to a form of usable energy such as electricity and heat.
