§ 150.02 RULES ADOPTED.
   The city adopts by reference the latest rules promulgated by the Michigan Department of Natural Resources (DNR) relative to Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Act, Public Act 347 of 1972, being M.C.L.A. §§ 324.9101 et seq. The rules shall be available for public distribution, at a reasonable charge, with not less than ten copies to be available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk.
