§ 150.01 LOCAL ENFORCING AGENCY.
   It is the intent of the city to become the local enforcing agency in regard to implementing Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control, Public Act 347 of 1972, being M.C.L.A. §§ 324.9101 et seq., within the municipal limits of the city.
