§ 135.10 USE OF TOBACCO BY MINORS IN PUBLIC PLACES PROHIBITED.
    It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 18 years of age to smoke cigarette, cigars, to use tobacco in any other form, or to use vapor products or alternative nicotine products on a public roadway, street, alley, park or other lands used for public purposes, or in any place of business or amusement open to the public. Upon being found guilty of this offense, the offender may be punished in the discretion of the court according to the provisions of § 135.99.
