§ 130.05 DESIGNATION OF DISTRICT COURT.
   Pursuant to Public Act 154 of 1968, being M.C.L.A. §§ 600.8101 et seq., as amended, the legislature has abolished the Municipal Court of the city, and transferred all its duties and powers, enumerated therein, to the Twenty-First District Court of the State of Michigan.
