§ 130.02 DEFINITIONS.
   DISTRICT COURT. The twenty-first District Court of the State of Michigan.
   DISTRICT COURT JUDGE. The presiding judge of the twenty-first District Court of the State of Michigan.
   PENALTY. Any fine, imprisonment, or both as set forth in this chapter or § 10.99 of the code.
