§ 124.02 PROHIBITED ACTIVITY.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any business to provide assessments and/or certifications under the Michigan Medical Marijuana Act without a permit under this chapter.

(B) It shall be unlawful for a primary caregiver to grow marijuana for a qualifying patient under the Michigan Medical Marijuana Act without a permit under this chapter.
