(A) Apprentices or students shall, upon entering the practices defined in this chapter, register at the Department of Health, and shall be subject to the rules and regulations of the Department of Health, whereupon they shall be given a certificate of registration which shall be displayed in or near the place where the student or apprentice is engaged.
(B) No apprentice will receive registration from the Department of Health unless he is receiving his training in a qualified school and is now employed in an establishment under the instruction of a licensed operator.
