The license or licenses herein provided for shall be posted permanently and conspicuously at the location of the machine in the premises wherein the machine or device is to be operated or maintained to be operated. Any vending machine without a valid license may be seized by the police and impounded. If, upon trial of the licensee for failure to have a valid license, the licensee is found guilty, the vending machine may be destroyed. The reasonable costs of the seizure and destruction are chargeable to the licensee.
