(A) No person conducting a pet shop in the city shall sell or offer for sale any sick, maimed, or diseased animals or birds. All animals or birds offered for sale must be confined in kennels or cages that shall be approved by the Health Department.
(B) No person shall misrepresent in any way the health, condition, or pedigree of any animal offered for sale, or refuse to issue a written guarantee of health at the time of sale or pedigree if requested to do so.
(C) No person shall dispose of dead animals in any manner, except as approved by the Health Department.
