§ 118.01 LICENSE REQUIRED; APPLICATION OF BUILDING CODE,

No person shall operate or cause to be operated within the city a pet shop business unless the business is operated in a permanent structure or building meeting the requirements of the Building Code of the city, and the person obtains a license from the city, and complies with the terms of this chapter. (‘83 Code, § 118.01)
