§ 117.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any violation of this chapter or failure to comply with any provision of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $300, or by imprisonment not to exceed 30 days, or both. Each day a violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense.

(B) This chapter applies to all existing and future installations.
