§ 116.040 SKATING RINKS.

No person shall conduct, maintain, or operate any place open to the public for ice skating or roller skating without obtaining a license to operate a skating rink in the manner provided in Chapter 110 of this code. No license shall be granted except upon certification of the Chief of Police and the Fire Chief.
