§ 116.026 TEENAGE DANCES; SUPERVISION.
   A licensee conducting or sponsoring a teen-age dance shall, while the teen-age dance license is in effect:
   (A)   Be permitted to admit minors 13 to 16 years inclusive;
   (B)   Not permit admission of the general public;
   (C)   Not permit dancing between the hours of 11:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m.;
   (D)   Provide proper and adequate adult supervision. Supervision shall be in the minimum ratio of one adult to every 20 teenagers unless additional supervision is found to be necessary by the Chief of Police upon investigation of the application for the license. The applicant shall be informed in writing as to the necessity of any additional adult supervisors within one week of filing the application.
