§ 116.025 LICENSE FEES; TRANSFERS.
   (A)   A fee, charged in accordance with the Comprehensive Fee Schedule in Chapter 12 of this Code, shall be paid for licenses issued hereunder.
   (B)   Licenses issued under the provisions of this subchapter are not transferable.
