§ 113.16 REGULATIONS; RECORDS.
   (A)   No licensee shall purchase or receive any article:
      (1)   From any person under the age of 17 years, without the written consent of parent or guardian;
      (2)   From a person known or suspected to be a thief or a receiver of stolen property.

   (B)   No licensee shall fail to keep a daily record of all persons with whom he does business and, of all property coming into his possession, together with a record of the disposition of each article, nor shall any licensee fail to report the same weekly to the Police Chief on forms prescribed by the state, or if no forms are prescribed by the state, by the Police Chief. The Police Chief shall at all times have access to the daily record. (‘83 Code, § 113.12)
