§ 113.04 REGULATIONS; RECORDS.
   (A)   No licensee shall purchase or receive any article:
      (1)   Between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.;
      (2)   From any person under the age of 17 years, without the written consent of parent or guardian;
      (3)   From a person known or suspected to be a thief or a receiver of stolen property.

   (B)   No licensee shall fail to keep a daily record of all purchases and sales made by him, nor to report the same weekly to the Police Chief on forms prescribed by the Police Chief. The Police Chief shall at all times have access to the daily record. (‘83 Code, § 113.05)
   (C)   No person shall conduct or engage in business as a junk dealer or used auto parts dealer in the city on the first day of each week, commonly called Sunday; however, the provisions of this section shall not be applicable to any person who conscientiously believes that the seventh day of the week, from sunset Friday to sunset Saturday shall be observed as the Sabbath, and who actually refrains from conducting or engaging in business or performing other secular business on that day.
