AUTOMOBILE PARKING LOT. Any plot, piece or parcel of land used for the purpose of parking more than two motor vehicles, whether let or leased for a fee or other consideration, for storage or parking, or whether maintained and operated by any person, in connection with or for the benefit of patrons or customers of any commercial establishment, store, theater, amusement hall, apartment, motel, or other business or enterprise.
