§ 94.49 CLEANING OF STREETS.
   (A)   A person shall not remove, or cause to be removed, snow, ice, or slush onto or across a roadway, the shoulder of the roadway, or roadway intersection in a manner which obstructs the vision of the driver of a motor vehicle other than off-road vehicles.
   (B)   A person shall not deposit, or cause to be deposited, snow, ice, or slush onto or across a roadway, the shoulder of the roadway, or roadway intersection, in a manner which obstructs the vision of the driver of a motor vehicle.
   (C)   A person shall not deposit or cause to be deposited any snow, ice, or slush on or against a fire hydrant, roadway, highway, or loading and unloading areas of a public transportation system.
   (D)   A person shall not remove, or cause to be removed, snow, ice, or slush from one parcel of property located within the city to another parcel of property located within the city, unless the person conforms to the provisions of § 94.50.
   (E)   Any person who violates this section shall be responsible for a municipal civil infraction and subject to the civil fines set forth in § 41.06.
