The owner of each lot will be responsible for seeing that the Director or designated representative is notified at least 24 hours in advance of the pouring of any sidewalk. The work shall not proceed until the Director or designated representative shall have inspected the rails and subgrade and passes the work as suitable and in conformance with the grades and specifications. The sidewalk shall also be subject to a final inspection after all work has been completed.
