§ 94.36 SIDEWALK SPECIFICATIONS.

Sidewalks shall be constructed in accordance with Michigan Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Construction. The Director or designated representative shall establish such additional specifications as are necessary to properly construct a sidewalk.
