(A) No person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle in the Garden City Park except in compliance with official signs that have been posted with the following legend. No parking - 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
(B) Any person who violates this section shall be responsible for a municipal civil infraction and subject to the civil fines set forth in § 41.06.
