For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BOAT OR SNOWMOBILE OR MOTORCYCLE TRAILER. A vehicular portable structure built on a chassis and designed for carrying boats, snowmobiles, and motorcycles, and propelled by means of another vehicle.
HOUSE TRAILER or MOBILE HOME. A vehicular, portable structure built on a chassis designed primarily to be used as a permanent residential dwelling.
RECREATIONAL VEHICLE. Shall include the following.
(1) FOLDING TENT TRAILER. A canvas, fiberglass, or metal folding structure, mounted on wheels and designated for travel and vacation use as a temporary dwelling.
(2) MOTORIZED HOME. A portable dwelling designed and constructed as an integral part of a self-propelled vehicle.
(3) PICKUP CAMPER. A structure designed primarily to be mounted on a pickup truck chassis and with sufficient equipment to render it suitable for use as a temporary dwelling for travel, recreational, and vacation uses.
(4) TRAVEL TRAILER. A vehicular, portable structure built on a chassis, designed to be used as a temporary dwelling for travel, recreational, and vacation uses, permanently identified TRAVEL TRAILER by the manufacturer.
UTILITY TRAILER. A vehicular portable structure built on a chassis and designed for carrying any items of personal property, and propelled by means of another vehicle.
