Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to classify as loud, unusual, or unnecessary sounds from any of the following activities.
(A) Marching and/or playing of music bands, orchestras, or other musical aggregations at appropriate times and in non-residential areas.
(B) Church bells, chimes, and carillons.
(C) Duly authorized parades.
