§ 91.50 DEFINITION.
   A DANGEROUS OR HAZARDOUS/TOXIC SUBSTANCE OR MATERIAL is defined as any material or substance that has been identified by city, state or federal laws/regulations to be dangerous or hazardous to the environment, animal life and/or the public health and safety, and shall include but not be limited to such substances as chemicals and gases, explosives, radioactive materials, petroleum or petroleum products or gases, poisons, etiologic (biologic) agents, flammables and corrosives which have spilled, leaked or otherwise been released from their containers.
